    Which insole should I choose?

Each insole supports a different need:

    • AlignWise — best if you feel ankle, knee, hip, or foot discomfort from poor alignment.
    • ShiftGuard — best if you stand on hard floors for long hours, or feel pressure under the ball of the foot.
    • ZenStride — best for soft relief when your feet feel sore at the end of the day.

If you’re still unsure, our support team is happy to guide you.

    Will these fit my shoes?

Yes. All StepRelief insoles are trim-to-fit, so you can shape them to almost any everyday shoe: sneakers, walking shoes, casual shoes, and most work boots.

If the insole feels a little tight, trimming along the guide lines will help it sit flat.

What’s the difference between the three insoles?

    • AlignWise supports alignment and helps reduce stress on ankles, knees, and hips.
    • ShiftGuard adds metatarsal support to ease pressure during long shifts or when standing all day.
    • ZenStride uses soft cushioning to relieve everyday soreness and tender feet.

Each insole is built for a different type of day.

    How long do they last?

Most customers get 6–12 months of comfortable use, depending on how much they walk or stand each day.

If you’re on your feet for long hours, you may choose to replace them a little sooner to keep the same level of support.

Your feet do so much for you — give them the support they’ve earned.
